I study humans for a living.

As a young man, I was a high-performing athlete with a secret. I learned early to bury my sensitivity and ‘perform’ to fit in, win respect, and belong. My strategy worked in sports and in the workplace, but it left me alone, avoidant, and failing at every relationship I touched.

Eventually, at age 29, I realized I was the common denominator in my failed relationship life. I moved to Colorado, went to grad school for psychology, got married, became a dad, and spent the next two decades in the lab studying myself and other people relentlessly.

I founded a 7-figure school to educate everyone I could about relationships and communication. I’ve trained hundreds of coaches in 15 countries in my own methodology.

Today, I help 7- and 8-figure founders stop ‘performing love’ and start building the relational infrastructure required to lead at home. Side benefit: they become better leaders at work as a result.
